1994 – Present
Primary business location was started in Pima County as a framing contractor – new residential for the following:

• New World Homes
• TJ Bednar Homes
• Sombra Development
• Canoa Homes
• D K Construction – Super 8 Hotel, Tucson Airport and Holiday Inn Express, Green Valley
• TA Wallick – Tucson Apartments
• Case Construction – Apartments in Sierra Vista, Midvale, and Greasewood in Tucson
• T.L Roof, Inc. – RN Ranch

In 1997 Rio Rico Properties recruited the company to frame in Santa Cruz County and a small construction office was opened.

In late December 2002 the framing license was converted to general construction for the purpose of building as a general contractor in Nogales, Arizona primarily to Fowler-Target Nogales, LLC based in Chandler, AZ: FM Group, Scottsdale – Cricket Communications, Nogales and Marana.
